Pork Chop Seasoning has a wonderful smoky flavor–it’s the best darn blend for pork–from chops to roasts, baked, broiled or grilled. Start with 1 tsp. per pound, shake on before cooking. Also great for turkey. For smoky ribs, rub on heavy, up to 2 tsp. per pound. For a tasty tofu sandwich, slice tofu, sprinkle heavily with seasoning on both sides, and cook until golden in a lightly oiled pan over medium heat for a taste like bacon.
